Cancellation Policy

Studio Rules Agreement – Lati Studio Welcome to Lati Studio – a flexible video and podcast space in Vienna’s 3rd district! By booking, using equipment, or entering the premises, you ("the Client") agree to the following terms. 1. Booking & Payment – Bookings can be made online, via WhatsApp, or in person. – Upon confirmation, your date is reserved for 48 hours. – Full payment must be made within that time. Unpaid bookings are canceled automatically. – Services begin only after payment is processed. 2. Cancellation & Rescheduling – Cancel 48+ hours in advance for a full refund. – Less than 48 hours: no refund, but rescheduling is allowed (within 10 days, subject to availability). 3. Studio Use – Booking includes setup, filming, and cleanup. Exceeding time is charged at €50 per 30 minutes. – Clients are advised to have liability insurance. 4. Conduct Rules – Wear indoor shoes/shoe covers. – Keep noise down. – No pets allowed. – Food/drinks only in designated areas. – No smoking, alcohol, drugs, open flames, or illegal/explicit content. – Minors must be supervised. 5. Surveillance – The studio uses video surveillance for security and service quality, in compliance with GDPR. 6. Content & Intellectual Property – You retain full rights to your content. – Lati Studio will not use your media without written consent. – You're responsible for third-party rights. 6a. Studio Marketing Use – Lati Studio may capture behind-the-scenes content for its own promotional use. 7. File Delivery – Files are delivered within 48–72 hours. – Download access is available for 30 days; files are deleted afterward. – Clients must back up their media. 8. Liability – Lati Studio is not liable for lost/damaged items or injuries. – Sessions may be terminated for rule violations. – Clients agree to indemnify Lati Studio against third-party claims. 9. Privacy & Data Protection – Personal data is used only for bookings and improvements. – We comply with GDPR and never share your info without consent or legal need. 10. Legal Terms – Terms may be updated; you’ll be notified of major changes. – Governed by Austrian law. Disputes resolved in Vienna. – Lati Studio is not liable for delays due to force majeure events. By signing, you confirm agreement to all terms.
